Thomas D. Begley, Jr., CELA
A lifelong resident of Southern New Jersey, Tom earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at Georgetown University. In a career that spans over 40 years he has extensive experience in elder law, Medicaid planning, Special Needs Trusts, Disability Law and Personal Injury Consulting. In addition, Tom is an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veteran’s benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Tom is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, all relevant state, local affiliates and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is past Chair of the Elder and Disability Law Section and the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Dana E. Bookbinder, CELA
Dana is a former Chair of the Elder and Disability Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and past chair of the Burlington County Probate Committee. She has authored several articles on legal devices for asset, estate and tax planning in publications including the New Jersey Law Journal’s Financial Planning Supplement. She also lectures to civic and retirement groups and holds seminars sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is a member of NAELA, a life member of The National Registry of Who’s Who and a member of the New Jersey State, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia bar associations. She received her B.A. degree with distinction from Cornell University and her Law degree from The George Washington University Law School.
Ethan Ordog
Ethan Ordog concentrates his practice in Estate & Trust Litigation, Estate & Trust Administration and Guardianship. Ethan is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, American Bar Association and the bar associations of Burlington and Camden counties.
Susan M. Green
Susan M. Green focuses her practice at Begley Law Group in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law and Estate Administration. Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Susan is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the Burlington County Bar Association.
Kristen L. Behrens
Kristen is the newest attorney at Begley Law Group where she provides legal, administrative and operational support. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Mary Washington and a law degree from Drexel University.
